Breast milk is nature’s perfect food for babies.Breast milk contains the perfect mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate for the babies

Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months as it is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrient required for the growth and development of the baby.
Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with semi solids and water
