A. MMR it is measles mumps and rubella meningococcal vaccine is an optional vaccine. it is usually given either at 9 months of age and one year of age as a a 2 dosage regimen or you can go for a single dosage after two years of age. your doctor is the best person to tell you whether it is required by your child or not. my personal advice would be that if you can afford the vaccine you should get the child vaccinated for any disease for which vaccine is available

A. it is diff vaccine. Vaccine and vacccation is very important specially in these scenario . Some delay is ok though in primary vacccation there should not be any delay . Flu vaccine should be given if eligible as some cross reaction with covid .
