If the child is active, playful , achieved all his / her milestones till his present age and not falling sick apart from 3 times a year then do not worry about the weight as some children are slow weight gainer
Make sure you are giving small and frequent meals and a healthy balanced diet diet to the child
Milk and milk products if not allergic then 3 serving per day
2 fruits per day
3 - 4 katori of vegetables
Dry fruits, oats, ragi, eggs should also be included
Reduce the intake of chips, chocolate, sugary drinks, biscuits and breads
