#asktheexpert what will do for redness in buttecks area and what is the reason for that

A. you have to maintain hygiene of perianal / diaper area by cleaning it with soap and water and do tap dry. For normal rash you can apply coconust oil and if it is increasing then go for different rash cream which is available in the market like rashfree / ezinapi / B4napi / zincal. If there is bleedzing and erosion you can also add antibacterial cream like t-bact.

A. Apply about 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the affected area. If your coconut oil is solid, you may need to warm it up between your hands or place the jar in warm water to apply. Don't microwave it. After applying the coconut oil, allow the skin to completely dry before putting on a fresh diaper.
