A. For healthy height gain, include fresh, home cooked, nutritious foods like oats with nuts, milkshakes with mixed dry fruits, green leafy vegetables and, boiled egg, chicken fish, legumes, ghee, chapati with paneer gravy alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Engage in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, swimming and other outdoor games and reduce screen time.
