ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, at the age of 4 months, you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. introduce top food only after completion of 6 months.

shreya goelMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello mom You should not start giving any type of food to your baby. You have to wait till you baby turned six months old. Then only you can start giving solids and water to your baby. Till the time baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to 6 months
