ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give any top food to 4 months old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months.

Some babies may feed as often as every hour at times, often called cluster feeding, or may have a longer sleep interval of 4 to 5 hours.
