ExpertDr Shubhangi TiwaneAyurvedic Nutritionist4 years agoA. Hi sir , baby should be fed on breast milk only upto six months . Baby gets all the nutrients from breast milk even water is not needed. you can start weaning only after completing 6 months.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as your child is 4 months old,it is advisable to breastfeed your child as per his or her needs. please don't give anything to eat and drink other than breast milk and needed medicines till 6 months age. after completion of 6 months age,you can start to give semisolid food to your child. but till that please stick to Breastfeeding
