A. you can eat anything.. just make sure to conceive after a gap of three to four months. eat protein rich diet. stay hydrated. take folic acid and multivitamins supplements regularly

A. hello tune first of all sorry for that and because there are lots of hormonal changes in the body so you are advisable to take that which is rich in protein green leafy vegetables milk fruits dry fruits ginger garlic sesame seeds avoid having junk food or oily food and the food which can cool down your body like potatoes raw potatoes
