A. Hello there, Ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. Please massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Also give homoeopathic medicine B 21 to the Baby. You can also give cold teether to the baby for easy teething. Also apply MamaEarth baby rash cream on the affected areas. Thanks and take care
