Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom If u are having headache, then u can have paracetamol. Apply balm on the forehead to get relief from pain. Avoid eating spicy oily junk food as it aggravates acidity which is the reason for headache.
