sometimes kids suffer during the teething phase..you can provide relief by gently massaging the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth.. give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on

as a child is 8 months old and Having teething phase , I would suggest to gently rub tiny piece of ginger on sore gums of your child which help to cure it.
you can give silicone teether to chew which help to soothe itching instantly.
I would suggest to use Babyhug silicone teether.
