Q.

#asktheexpert what to do if there is only a little bit of brest milk coming.Also tried lactare capsules and shatavari powder for 5 days but no significant result

A. hi. keel taking both .. also it is demand n supply mechenisum so latch ur baby to breast more often. do take healthy diet n lots of fluids.
