Try to give fresh seasonal fruits .. Give apple, pear, banana, papaya, mango, chiku, vegetables like potatoes, carrot, sweet potato, dry fruits, include diary products like milk, curd, ghee, give eggs and chicken.

it could be result of indigestion, nutritional deficiencies,worm Infection , etc
so please get it checked.
give Healthy food items which helps in Healthy weight gain
for example
boiled egg, potato, sweet potato, rice, sago, paneer,ghee , milk etc
