U No practically screen time is not supposed to be given to the child before the age And the child is about 1 1/2 years of age so completely stop giving screen time to the child a little bit of television that you will have to show to compensate for smartphones can lead to delay in a lot of ways in terms of growth of Jatin it could be mentally also could be speech also so please do not give screen time at all
