Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. provide silicone teether. try to gently remove his or her hand from mouth. maintain good hygiene. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
