Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. one month baby is having constipation There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age

Its Very normal for a child to have constipation at this age if your child doesn’t even pass motion for 5 to 7 days also then it is also considered absolutely normal so don’t worry about it if your child is having any discomfort or irritation because of that then you can start giving neopeptine drops five drops twice a day for seven days
