#asktheexpert My new born baby 25 days old boy have some constipation problem, can you recommend anything?

ShinyMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. If you are breastfeeding and the baby doesn’t poop, it’s not constipation and it’s very normal for a breastfeeding baby to not go to poop for 5-7 days

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food hasgu been started after 6 months .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medxications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
