Try to give colourful paranthas such as mint parantha or beetroot parantha etc. Colours attract the attention of the kid. The family should eat meals together so that the kid learns good and healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Offer colourful foods in colourful plates or quirky bowls and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters.
