A. For Healthy weight gain keep your child well hydrated so it digetion will improve and so apetite also. give 3 complete family meal . add 2 to 3 types of fruits daily which is avacado, banana, and sweet potato . you can also give chicken , egg paneer cheese. these give healthy gain.
