#asktheexpert what to do for better lactation. and what is the solution for lumps formed in the breasts. how to open the nipple pores for good flow of milk

A. Hello mom its very important that you massage your breast well after every feed , use warm compress as well , diet you may take garlic , oats , drumstick ,fenugreek leaves , jeera , ajwain , saunf water , dry fruits , panjiri , milk
