shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello She should add more dairy products in a regular diet plan. And take at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this she has to add more jeera and ajwain in her regular diet. And whenever she is feeding a baby she have to feed baby equally from both the side. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
