Y To start with you can start giving a different kind of vegetable purée to the child you can include green leafy vegetables like spinach and all you can also give good amount of dairy products to the child fruit purees also to the child you can give try to introduce all the seasonal fruits to the child and then you can give a different item is made up of quinoa oats
