Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi...Spend time with the baby dear... They are just in the exploring phase and they dont knwn how share their emotions and express it... What i have being following is 1. Talk to her 2. Not to react harshly when there is a meltdown 3. Make my voice tone 2 times lower.. 4. Hug her and let her cry if she wants to 5. Make her a part of my mood swings too... She knw understands all have meltdowns and its ok
