give home cooked fresh food items to your child.
avoid giving packet food items.
continue with breastfeeding too ,it is important.
give gentle massage to your child everyday
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
