A. hi parent weight gain depends upon birth wiegth and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it 8f the baby consoles more of formula and doesn't suck breastmilj then it reduces milk production

A. Ideally, baby should gain 140-200 gms of weight per week initially and by 5th month, it should double the birth weight. In 3 months, you should keep feeding milk in every 3-4 hours and that should include 2 times night feed too. When you feed formula milk, baby latches with you less and because if this reason, Breastmilk supply reduces. The supply largely depends on the demand from baby and when he sucks.
