A. hi mom. the gap between two paracetamol dossge should be 6 hours Meftal has to be given every 8 hours, gap between 2 meftal doses be 8 hours Gap between paracetamol and mefthal should be 1 to 2 hours

A. If your child needs help with pain and fever day and night for several days (usually up to 3 days), give a dose of paracetamol every 6 hours. This will help to relieve the pain safely without the risk of giving too much paracetamol.
