My son is 2.3 years old and weighs 12kg , may i know the dosage and time interval of meftal- p syrup to be given ?

A. you should always consult doctor for proper medicine because it is only after clinical examination that proper treatment would be suggested and weight is important to decide dosage do not selffmedicate
