Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts to baby’s diet and include dry fruits like raisins, dates.
Give all grains, cereal and pulses. Avoid processed and packaged foods.
ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello Dear mum whatever you cook at home to be given to the child include all food groups and to not satisfy the Hunger with milk alone you are advised to give three proper healthy meals the day and also include some dryfruits and homemade curd paneer as well
