Breakfast should be heavy, lunch should should be less heavy than breakfast and dinner should be very light. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables in your child's diet. Give whole cow's milk and milk products such as butter, cheese, curd, ghee in small amounts and paneer. This helps in their rapid growth and development. Give one boiled egg per day and you can even include scrambled eggs in his or her diet.
