ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear mom it is advisable to breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast as a breastfeeding mother have lots of fluid and fibre in your diet and breast feed the baby for the initial 6 months
