POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. In 7 months, if you have already started feeding semi solid foods, then feed 3 main meals, i. e. Morning, afternoon and late evening. If you are feeding for the first time, give twice a day and 4-6 spoons per feed. Milk will still remain the main food which can be fed 4-6 times a day depending on the intake per feed.
