Hello father some comfort foods would be over all be helpful for them , don’t force them to eat much give them as much they can take it comfortably as their is loss of appetite been noticed with kids, its just a phase. Give them something to bite on like to give them Relief from irritating gums so cut fruits and vegetables , roti, Makhanas etc
