#asktheexpert My daughter is 5m+ old. When can I start cerelac food for my daughter ? Her teeth are coming out so what should I give her for teething ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Weaning has three stages in which it can be started .
stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid food which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of agge and needs to be started gradually step by step .
stage 2 consists of more textured and new taste to baby by 7 months of age
stage 3 in which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...
