#asktheexpert what should be a rich deit for 2.5+ year babies and how we prepare them from schooling.

A. see balance is the key. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

A. Hi mom Give all that you cook for your family. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet for proper growth and development
