A. Dear mum, a balanced diet for a 3 years old child should consist of all the seasonal fruits and vegetables including green leafy vegetables. Give all grains, cereal, pulses, beans. Sources of proteins and calcium like milk , curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg food. Give dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, dates, raisins.
