Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. definitely you can go for fruits in Raw form. but if the child is any problem with raw fruit then only you have to go for puree form because in the puree form that is boiled fruit the nutrition value is less.
you should give at least two fruits everyday
Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question for 2.5 year old you would not need to give any kind of pura just over the whole fruit that it into on and get used to solve please avoid any kind of mash or puree at this age unless he is teething
