NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello for kids at this age there is no restriction with what ypu can be giving your child and ypu may give everything that you prepare for the family and make it more healthy and nutritious and also include fruits and vegetables and dairy products and dry fruits well in the diet
