Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
Visit ur pediatrician once.

Cold Sponging definitely should be done regularly which is more often we call as Thande Paani ki patti that’s definitely going to give a lot of help to you this way it will be easier for you to bring down the fever also and the medicine should be repeated after every six hours
