A. It is always better to give natural source of nutrients to the child instead of supplements. For protein intake, you can include foods like eggs, soy milk, soya chunks, tofu, chicken, fish, prawns, yogurt, cottage cheese, broccoli, oats with nuts, variety of dry ruits, etc. Try to include a balanced diet full of other nutrients too.
