A. use baby nasal cleaner aspirator to clean mucus..it will clean blocked nose of baby..really helped me..

yes ,
you can use nasal saline drops
or put a bowel of chopped onion and garlic pod near bed approx 1.4 feet far overnight ,the smell is not so pleasant but it surely heal.
indirect steam inhalation is also best.
