#asktheexpert what is the right age to introduce cow milk to babies ? is it safe to give rice water to 5 months + babies ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Not at all cow milk should be introduced after one year of age and not before that and if your milk flowis less then you can start with formula milk to the baby

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Semi solids and water should be given to the baby only after completing 6 months. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk can be given to the baby after one year completion. Continue breastfeeding your baby till then. Good luck and take care.
