Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
about 3/4 katori per meal about 3-4 meals per day.

there is nothing like perfect
because as it is growing phase of childhood, child needs all kind of food items which provides essential nutrients
so, just Serve different food items From different food groups like vegetables fruit nuts pulses etc
