A. dose of paracetamol for the child is 15 MG per KG of body weight and can be repeated every 6 hours if required and if there is any need you can consult with your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear all your queries in proper details which would be better for a proper guidance.

A. 6 months to 24 months: 5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 2 years to 4 years: 7.5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 4 years to 6 years: 10ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day.
