Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. the dosage of paracetamol is given according to the weight of the child and if the weight of the child is around 8 kgs to 10 kgs you can give 1.5 ml of paracetamol of hundred mg power drops
