POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl2 years agoA. As you must have started semi solid foods in baby's diet almost a month ago, now increase the quantity and frequency of meals to 3 times a day. Apart from that, milk should be fed frequently till atleast 4-6 times a day. Include lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, home made cerelac, ragi and sooji porridge, etc.
