You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

as a child is 9 months old,you can offer food thrice in a day along with breastmilk whenever your child demands.
yes you can add salt in your child food but it should be in very very small quantity.
