#AskTheExpert what is the best treatment for GER ....my baby she is just 1mth old and having gas problems....so what should I do....

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggrajivating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. rg ssmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
