Foods like fresh fruits , vegetables, paneer, eggs, sprouts, dal, oats, ragi, beans like rajma chana chola, dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, pista, groundnuts, roasted chana and jaggery helps in boosting immunity
Also u can include ginger and haldi milk once or twice a week
Reduce the intake of chips, chocolate, sugary drinks, cookies and cakes

Garlic and ginger are the immunity booster that u can add in the meals.. Give fruits rich in vitamin C like ornage, mausambi, lemon, kiwi, amla, etc to boost immunity. Take care
