ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam best thing is to take rpecaitions like massage gums with clean cotton cloth. give silicon based teethers to chew and do not let your kid put anything dirty in his or her mouth which might lead to stomach infections.

Hello ma’am Start giving homoeopathic medication called calcareous PHOS6 tablet thrice a day with a gap of six hours and also I would advise you to give teether to your child because It is really helpful to settle down the irritation and itchiness into the gums that a child has during the process of teething . Once your child completes the age of six months you can start applying honey onto your child’s gums for the same
